Harassment, bullying, disruptive behavior, excessive drama, or conduct that negatively impacts the experience of others is not permitted.
Public resort areas are family-friendly.
The following are not permitted in public areas:
Guests should dress and behave modestly and appropriately for a family-friendly resort environment.
Certain areas of the resort are designated as Adults Only.
These include:
Child avatars are strictly prohibited from entering Adult Areas.
Guests must comply with all posted Adult Area restrictions.
Please respect the privacy of other guests.
Guests may not:
Only guests listed on a reservation may enter or occupy that accommodation.
All accommodations require a minimum occupancy of two registered guests.
All reservations must include at least one Adult Avatar.
Only guests listed on the reservation may occupy the accommodation.
Each accommodation includes an allowance of up to 20 Land Impact (LI) for guest personal items during the reservation. Guests are responsible for ensuring all rezzed items remain within this limit. Certain items may be restricted at staff discretion if they create performance, operational, or policy concerns.
Mesh babies (including Zooby Babies and similar systems) are permitted only when attached to a guest’s avatar. Rezzing mesh babies as standalone objects within an accommodation is not permitted, as doing so may exceed the accommodation’s Land Impact allowance.

Violation of accommodation requirements may result in removal from the resort and cancellation of reservation privileges.
Child avatars are welcome within designated family-friendly areas of the resort.
All child avatars must be accompanied by an Adult Avatar at all times while visiting Melani Resort & Spa.
Child avatars are not permitted in Adult Areas under any circumstances.
Melani Resort & Spa is designed as a realistic Hawaiian resort environment.
Avatars must be human only with realistic proportions.
Avatars must be under 2.3m (7’5″‘) to access all areas of the resort.
Pets & Animals are not allowed at the resort.
Melani Staff are here to assist guests and maintain a positive resort experience.
Guests are expected to follow all reasonable instructions provided by resort staff.
Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal from the resort.
Guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all resort rules, policies, guest requirements, and staff instructions prior to their visit or stay.
A lack of familiarity with resort policies does not exempt a guest from compliance or enforcement action.

At Melani Resort & Spa, all guests and visitors are expected to familiarize themselves with and comply with the resort’s rules, covenants, and policies. Statements such as “I didn’t know” do not exempt a guest from responsibility for violations that occur during their visit or stay.
